...  do you get long strong and even nails? Hi, I want to know how to grow my nails out strong and even. I want them to be able to grow out without any breaking or splitting. I am not that interested in having a special diet or anything. i have heard that if you rub garlic on your nails they will be strong, but i havent tryed it. I am also interested in what kind of nail polish and nail care products are the best to use and were its available. Personally I have really long nails, and to keep them long, strong, and healthy I have a multivitamin every day.
